We present you an implementation where design was not just an accessory, but the main architect of the entire space. The goal was to create a modern, inspiring environment with a clear visual signature. To do this, we used the flexibility and aesthetic potential of the premium cladding material made of PET fibers (PETfelt).
DUBLIN: A pattern that tells a story
The dominant feature of the room is the full-surface wall cladding in an elegant anthracite color (SA08) with a thickness of 12 mm. The basis is our geometric DUBLIN pattern, which we have elevated to an author's work for this occasion.
Individually tailored graphics: We used CNC technology to cut dynamic graphics reminiscent of "comic bubbles" into the panel.
Contrast as a means of expression: These precise cutouts deliberately reveal the pure white background wall. This creates a strong visual contrast that adds depth to the panel and a unique playfulness to the entire space.
MADRID: Sophisticated detail in the shelves
We used the same premium anthracite material (PETfelt) as the back filling of the built-in shelves. Here, however, we chose a different visual rhythm.
The MADRID pattern with its fine vertical grooves creates an elegant texture.
In combination with integrated LED lighting, an impressive play of light and shadow is created in the shelves, which makes the displayed objects stand out.
Technical specifications:
Material: 12mm designer PETfelt panels
Color: Anthracite (SA08)
Patterns: DUBLIN (wall), MADRID (shelf)
Special treatment: Individual CNC graphic cutout
Bonus: Excellent acoustic properties of the material
This implementation is proof that PETfelt can be used as a purely design element that will give the interior character, a modern look and, as a bonus, better acoustic comfort.
